As Bilkent Malatya Laboratory Schools, we are part of the \"Eastern Anatolia Development Project,\" initiated under the leadership of Prof. \u0130hsan Do\u011framac\u0131 and Dr. Ali Do\u011framac\u0131. This project was launched with the vision of bringing the high-quality educational approach of Bilkent University\u2014Turkey\u2019s first private (foundation) university\u2014to the eastern regions of our country. Our goal is not only to enhance the quality of education but also to contribute to regional development.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Our school, set to begin operations in the 2025\u20132026 academic year, is built upon the strong legal foundations of Bilkent University. We aim to provide an educational environment that meets international standards of quality and excellence.<\/p>\r\n

<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our educational model prioritizes raising individuals who adhere to Atat\u00fcrk\u2019s principles and reforms, and who embrace national and cultural values, in alignment with the general aims of the Turkish national education system. At the same time, we prepare our students for the future as \u201cglobally competitive youth\u201d through International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. In addition to the national curriculum set by the Ministry of National Education (MEB), we also offer Cambridge and IB programs from preschool through high school.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our financial model has been shaped by the great sacrifices of Prof. Do\u011framac\u0131. Income tax deductions from Bilkent University staff and donations are used to fund scholarships for our students. At our school in particular, at least 70% of our students will have the opportunity to receive full scholarships.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Our campus in Malatya is being built on a vast 350-decare (approximately 86-acre) site in the Battalgazi District, near \u0130n\u00f6n\u00fc University. The campus will include preschool, primary, middle, and high school facilities, and once completed, it will accommodate a total of 900 students. Designed with a modern and sustainable architectural approach, our buildings will feature energy-efficient elements such as natural ventilation, high thermal insulation, and solar panels. In addition, teacher housing will be available on campus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
