Bilkent Malatya Laboratuvar Okulları olarak, Doğu İlleri Projesi kapsamında özel bir kanunla kurulan laboratuvar okul statüsündeyiz. Bu özel statümüz gereği, 2 Şubat 2023 tarih ve 32092 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan iç yönetmeliğimize göre, okulumuzda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin %70’nin burslu olması zorunludur.
Scholarships are determined by our School Scholarship Committee after a careful review of the applicant student's admission evaluation and the financial status of the family. Families who do not apply for a scholarship are not subject to financial review.
Scholarship Rate and Implementation
Okulumuzda 70% of our students receive scholarships. sağlanmaktadır. Bu oran, 100 öğrenciden 70’ine tam burs şeklinde verilebileceği gibi, öğrencilerin bir kısmına %20, %40, %60, %80 oranlarında ve bir kısmına tam burs şeklinde de uygulanabilmektedir. Burslar, ailelerin mali durumları ve öğrencinin değerlendirme süreçleri sonunda Okul Burs Komisyonunca belirlenir ve kesin kayıt bilgisiyle birlikte ailelere iletilir.
Scholarship Application Process
Families wishing to apply for a scholarship must accurately and completely submit the “Financial Status Assessment Form” and the required documents, which will be provided by the school.
Financial information is collected in accordance with Appendix-7 of the Ministry of National Education’s Private Education Institutions Regulation. Additional documents or clarifications may be requested to verify the accuracy of the information provided, and will be communicated directly to applicant families.
The documents submitted by families are reviewed and scored by the school’s Scholarship Committee in accordance with Appendix-8 of the same regulation. Any family that submits incomplete or inaccurate information will receive a score of “0” for the Appendix-8 evaluation. If it is discovered after final enrollment that incorrect or incomplete information was provided, the student’s scholarship will be revoked. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the School Scholarship Committee is final.
Scope of the Scholarships
Scholarships cover tuition fees only. Meal fees are considered separately and may be supported depending on the school’s budget. Transportation (bus) fees are not covered by the scholarship.
